Resignation of Grupo Clarín Director
On 25 April 2019, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors received the resignation of its member Mr. Alberto César José Menzani. Mr. Carlos Rebay, an alternate member of the Board of Directors, will replace Mr. Menzani until de General Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for 30 April 2019.
