Further to the announcement made on 18 September 2008, The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") confirms the following effective dates in respect of changes to the Board:-
Gareth Rhys Williams resigns as a director of the Company with effect from 29 October 2008.
Richard Cotton will be appointed as a director of the Company with effect from 3 November 2008.
