Volex Group PLC22 September 2005 22 September 2005 Volex Group plc Board Change The Board of Volex announced today that Don Payzant, President of Volex NorthAmerica, has left the Group by mutual consent and has resigned from the board ofVolex Group plc with immediate effect. Heejae Chae, COO of the Group worldwide, will assume day-to-day responsibilityfor the North American operations, in addition to his worldwide role. These changes will facilitate the accelerated consolidation of all Volex GroupInfocom activities into a single, market-focused, global line of business.
