LISTING AGREEMENT: CLAUSE 30 APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR GAZETTE NOTIFICATION DATED 10.05.2011

In terms of Clause 30 of the Listing Agreement, we advise that in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of Section 19 of the State Bank of India Act, 1955 (23 of 1955), the Central Government, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, has nominated Shri Rashpal Malhotra (DOB: 10.11.1936) as part-time non-official Director on the Central Board of Directors of State Bank of India for a period of one year and three months with effect from the date of notification of his appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.From
