Entu (UK) plc ("Entu" or the "Company")
Entu (UK) plc '(Entu'), the home improvement group providing energy efficiency products and services to homeowners in the UK, announces that Darren Cornwall, Corporate Development Director, has informed the Board of his wish to step down from the PLC Board in order to work on a more flexible basis.
Darren will remain with the Company and will continue to play a key role in exploring and developing acquisition opportunities which have the scope to add value to the Group's product and service offering.
This change will be effective from 15 April 2016.
David Forbes, Chairman of Entu, said
"We are delighted to retain Darren's extensive experience and expertise in pursuing corporate development opportunities for Entu. Darren played an important role in our IPO and as a Board Director since then, and we would like to thank him for his contributions.
