Appointment of David Staples as Chairman of Audit and Risk Committee
The Board of NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Limited announces that David Staples replaced Richard Battey as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 1 January 2019. This change is part of the Board's ongoing succession plans. Richard Battey remains a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Company's Senior Independent Director.
There are no further matters to be disclosed in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
