S&U today announces with immediate effect the resignation of non-executive director Katherine Innes Ker to assume the Chairmanship of Mortgage Advice Bureau, a forthcoming IPO in the financial services sector.

S&U Chairman Anthony Coombs said: "We thank Katherine Innes Ker for her enthusiasm and wise advice and we wish her well at Mortgage Advice Bureau. S&U will be making an appointment in due course."
