1pm plc (AIM: OPM), the AIM listed independent specialist provider of finance facilities to the SME sector, announces that Hazel Jacques, Chief Marketing Officer, has resigned as a director of 1pm plc, its wholly-owned subsidiaries, MH Holdings Limited and Academy Leasing Limited in order to pursue other business interests and will cease to be employed by the Group on 30th April 2017. The Company wishes her well with her future career.
