Belinda Richards has advised the Company of her intention to step down from the Board with immediate effect for personal and family reasons.

A process to identify a new Independent Non-Executive Director will be commenced immediately.

Nichola Pease, Chairman of the Company commented:

"The Board respects and understands the rationale for Belinda's decision and is extremely sorry that personal circumstances mean it has not been possible for Belinda to fully commence her role with the Company. We wish Belinda and her family the very best for the future."
