3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company") Directorate changes

The Company announces that it has approved the appointment of Samantha Hoe-Richardson as a non-executive Director, to take effect on 1 January 2020 or, if later, the date on which the Jersey Financial Services Commission confirms that it has no objection to such appointment.

The Board has decided to broaden its expertise in environmental and sustainability matters. Samantha brings an in-depth understanding with over 10 years' experience covering these issues, most recently in the infrastructure sector. Samantha was Head of Environment & Sustainable Development at Network Rail until 2017 and prior to that was Head of Environment at Anglo American plc. She is currently a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit Committees for both Lancashire Holdings Limited and Unum Limited.
