Resignation of Director

As part of its stated succession plan, the Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC confirms the resignation of Charles Nicolson as a Director following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 17 June 2015. The Directors wish to record their thanks to Mr Nicolson for his valued and significant contribution to the deliberations of the Board during his time in office. It is confirmed that John Lawrence MBE has been appointed as Chairman with immediate effect.
