12th May 2008 Aga Foodservice Group plc Director Change

Vic Cocker retired as a director of Aga Foodservice Group plc (the Company) following the successful conclusion of the general meetings held on 9th May 2008, which approved the Company's return of ‚£140m in cash to shareholders.

The Board wishes to thank Vic for his significant contribution to the Company over the last eight years as a non-executive director and for his leadership of the Board as Chairman over the last four years.

John Coleman, the former chief executive of House of Fraser plc, becomes non-executive Chairman with immediate effect.
