Philip Goldenberg, aged 62, was admitted a Solicitor in 1972. He was articled,and an assistant Solicitor with, Linklaters, specialising in corporate financeand employee share schemes. He moved to SJ Berwin in 1982, becoming a corporatefinance partner there from 1983 until 2004. He is now a consultant to MichaelConn Goldsobel. Philip is a former non-executive director of the CBI, and is aTrustee and Treasurer of the Royal Society of Arts. He is experienced in publicaffairs, and an active Liberal Democrat.
