Bailey(C.H.) PLC21 June 2007 Board changes The Board of CH Bailey Plc ("C H Bailey" or the "Company") announces that TomBishop has today retired from the board as a non-executive director and thatDavid Orchard has today been appointed as an executive director. David Charles Orchard FCCA (aged 46) is the senior financial controller of the Company's Modular Automation International subsidiary, which he joined in 1999.He is also a director of QED Enterprise Limited. David Orchard currently holds8,000 ordinary shares in C H Bailey. There are no other matters which are required to be disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
