The Company reports that Senor Manuel Navarro Agulló has resigned as a Director of Bristol Water plc (the "Company"). He was appointed Chief Executive in June 2006 when the Company was acquired by Sociedad General de Aguas de Barcelona SA and returned to Spain in June 2009 and continued to serve as a non-executive director.
We wish him well for the future.
