Earlier today the Company received notification that Gavin Breeze has been censured and fined by the FCA. As a consequence, Mr. Breeze has resigned from his position as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect but remains a strong supporter of the business and is committed to retaining his shareholding.
