Director Change
The Company notes that, as announced on 31 December 2018 via RNS number 6999L, Jon Bridel has stepped down from his position on the board of directors of the Company, with effect from 30 June 2019.
As previously advised, Trudi Clark has taken on the role of Chair of the Audit Committee formerly held by Mr Bridel, in accord with the Company's succession plan.
