Trinity Mirror announces that Mark Hollinshead, Chief Operating Officer, will cease to be a director of the Company from today. We had previously announced on 5 August that Mark had resigned to take up the position of Group Chief Executive with Nova International Ltd, the sporting events company, where he has been a Non-Executive Director since 2012.
Mark remains an employee and will continue to work on various projects across the Group until the end of his notice period.
