Minoan announces that Christopher Egleton, Chairman, has resigned as a director of Minoan and its subsidiary companies with immediate effect.

Tim Hill, a director of Minoan, said:

"Christopher has been Chairman of the Company for more than 25 years and I would like to thank him for his determined persistence over this period to advance the Cavo Sidero project and to secure the necessary planning approvals ready for its implementation."
