Cenkos Securities plc announces that Jeremy Warner Allen, an Executive Director of the Company since June 2012 and the Head of the Growth Companies Team since November 2006, has informed the Company of his decision to retire and has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Jeremy will remain an employee of the Company until 31 December 2016 to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.

Jim Durkin, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, wishes to thank Jeremy for the significant contribution that he has made to the Company and the board of directors of the Company wish him all the best for the future.
