Mercury Recycling Group PLC01 May 2008 Mercury Recycling Group Plc Mercury Recycling, the specialist lamps and battery recycling services company,confirms that, as mentioned in the Chairman's statement accompanying the Reportand Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006, Simon Lebor, Chief Executive,will retire as a director of the Company with effect from 30 April 2008. Simonwill remain as a director of the Group's principal operating subsidiary, MercuryRecycling Limited and as a consultant to the Group.
