Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director
On 13 September 2011, Jeff Carr advised the Company of a future conflict of interest. He has therefore offered to resign from the Board and its sub-committees from the date of the Annual General Meeting. Jeff will not, therefore, be seeking election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
The Chairman, Iain Napier, would like to take this opportunity to thank Jeff for his services during this period on the Board.
