Lonfin , today announces the appointment of a Non-executive Director.

Lonfin, a UK investment finance and management company, announces the appointment of Mr Lloyd Hugh Marshall to its Board as an additional Non-executive Director, with effect from 3rd August 2011.

Lloyd Marshall is the Finance Director of Marshall Monteagle PLC, which is listed on the JSE, and is also a director of City Group P.L.C., Lonfin's administrative office and corporate secretary.

There are no other disclosures required in respect of Lloyd Marshall pursuant to Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority or paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited's Listings Requirements.
