BOARD CHANGE

ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), ("ImmuPharma" or the "Company"), the specialist drug discovery and development company, announces that Ajay Agrawal has stepped down as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Tim McCarthy, Non-Executive Chairman said: "We would like to thank Ajay for his contribution whilst at ImmuPharma.

"In the short period of time as Chairman, I have become more convinced of our lead programme Lupuzor. This has the potential to bring success for ImmuPharma, reward our long standing shareholders and ultimately to provide a significant treatment for lupus sufferers, globally. I am delighted to be part of the team driving this strategy forward."
