MBL Group plc (AIM: MUBL) today announces that Peter Cowgill has resigned as non-executive Chairman of the Company following a disagreement with the rest of the Board on the future strategy of the Company. He will be replaced as Chairman by David Anthony ("Tony") Johnson, who joined the Board in May 2014.

Commenting on the changes, Trevor Allan, Chief Executive said:
