Pochin's PLC03 January 2006 Pochin's PLC Directorate change Re: Death of Peter Dickson It is with deep sadness that the Board of Pochin's PLC ("the Company") announcesthe death of its Deputy Chairman, Peter Dickson. Mr Dickson had been aNon-Executive director of the company since 1st January 2002. Peter was a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Prior tohis association with the Company, Peter had been CEO, and later Chairman, ofYates Group, leading its flotation in 1994. He was Chairman of Portland Hotels,a Non-Executive director of The Westbury Property Fund Limited and a co-founderof The Medical Property Investment Fund Limited. We shall miss him greatly and extend our sympathy to his family at this very sadtime.
