Directorate Change
The Company today notifies shareholders that Robert Pease (age 65) is to retire from his position as an executive director on or before 31 December 2010, having served as an executive director of the Company since 1997.
In addition to being a director of the Company Robert Pease is also the managing director, and sole employee, of Personal Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers Ltd ("PIRB"), a 100% subsidiary undertaking of the Company.
In recognition of Robert Pease's service for the Company, and his desire to remain active in the insurance broking industry, the board of the Company have agreed to transfer, without any consideration, the ownership of PIRB to Mr Pease with effect from 1 January 2011.
