Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB) - a leading London listed Professional Services firm offering a diversified portfolio of integrated Leadership Acquisition & Advisory Services - announces that, as previously disclosed in the Company's final results and annual accounts published on 29 June 2020, Brian Stephens, Non-Executive Director, indicated his intention to retire from the Board following a period of hand over to the new Non-Executive Chairman, Alan Howarth.

With the handover now completed, as of 26 August 2020, Brian has now retired from the Board.

Since I joined the Board in April 2016, Brian's guidance has proved invaluable as we transformed Norman Broadbent into a more relevant, profitable, cash generative business.
