Directorate Change: Appointment of Chairman

As previously announced, Ian Kirkpatrick retired as Chairman of the Company and Non-Executive Director with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held at 10.00 a.m. today (AGM).

Julie Baddeley succeeded Ian Kirkpatrick as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from the conclusion of the AGM.

Ian Davies took on the role of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from the conclusion of the AGM.
