Directorate change

SnackTime announces today that Steven Garner will be stepping down as a Non-Executive Director of the Group on 30th April 2013 to pursue other interests within the vending industry. Steven will not be replaced for the time being.

Jeremy Hamer, Chairman, said "Steven has supported the Group in a number of key areas over the last 18 months and I would like to thank him for his important contribution during a difficult period for SnackTime."
