Castleton (AIM: CTP), the software and managed services provider to the public and not-for-profit sectors, announces that Davinder Sanghera, Chief Operating Officer, has notified the Company that she will step down from the Board with immediate effect to pursue other interests. Davinder will remain available to the company to ensure an orderly handover. Castleton announced the appointment of Dean Dickinson as CEO in October last year.
Ian Smith, Executive Deputy Chairman, said: "Davinder was originally only due to stay with her company Documotive for a few months following its acquisition. I'm delighted she agreed to stay longer, becoming our COO. In that role, Davinder has made a great contribution to Castleton and we all wish her very well in whatever she plans to do next."
