Resignation of Anthony Eisen
eServGlobal Limited (ASX: ESV &LSE: ESG) announces that Anthony Eisen has today resigned as a Director of eServGlobal Limited. As a consequence of Anthony's resignation, Michael Jefferies has ceased as an alternate Director.
The Board thanks Anthony for the guidance and assistance he has provided to the Company during its transition from a solution provider in the competitive market of Intelligent Networks to a key player in the fast moving Mobile Money sector.
