Leeds Group PLC27 January 2006 Leeds Group plc Re Directorate As mentioned in the Company's final results announced in December, MalcolmWilson did not offer himself for re-election at the Company's AGM heldyesterday. Accordingly Malcolm Wilson is no longer a Director of Leeds Groupplc, however he will remain as Company Secretary.
