The Board of 21st Century Technology plc (AIM: C21) today announces that Peter Ward is stepping down as Non-executive Chairman of the Company, with immediate effect. The Chief Executive, Nick Grimond, will assume the role of temporary Chairman until a permanent successor is appointed.
Nick Grimond, CEO and acting Chairman said:
"The Board is very grateful for Peter's invaluable contribution in skilfully guiding the Company through a period of significant change. We enjoyed having Peter as our Chairman and wish him all the best for the future."
