Non-Executive Director

Joanna Shields has today stood down as Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect, in order to take a role as advisor to the Prime Minister on the digital economy. The resolution to re-elect Joanna to the Board (Resolution 14) will not now be proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 23 July 2014.
