IG SEISMIC SERVICES ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

IG Seismic Services PLC ("IGSS" or the "Company", LSE: IGSS) announced results of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on 04 February 2019.

Resolutions passed:

1. To approve resignation of Gasparyan Vagan Vitalievich and Suleymanov Arsen Kunmammaevich from the Board of Directors.

2. To approve election of Gladyshev Vitalii Evgenievich and Chekulaev Aleksandr Sergeevich as directors to the Board of Directors.
