Access Intelligence plc (AIM: ACC) a leading supplier of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for communications and reputation management, announces that David Lowe, who has been a non-executive director of the Company for the last nine years, has given notice to the Company that he will be resigning as a director of the Company with effect from 31 July 2017, to spend more time with his family.
The Board intends to appoint a further independent non-executive director at the earliest opportunity.
