Following the Company's announcement on 19 November 2019, the Company confirms that Bill Adams, the Company's incoming Chief Financial Officer, will formally join as a Director of the Company on 7 February 2020, at which point Tony Bennett, the outgoing Group Finance Director, will step down as a Director of the Company.
