Changes to Board structure

Oxford Advanced Surfaces Group ("OAS") the AIM listed technology developer targeting engineered materials and surface modification applications in the automotive, aerospace, communications and renewable energy markets announces changes to its Board of Directors. The changes to the Board's composition are in part as a consequence of the Company's restructuring and cost reduction as announced on 28 August 2013.

Michael Bretherton, who has held a non-executive directorship since 2007, will be leaving the Board on 24 September following his relocation to Guernsey earlier in the year.

In addition Mike Edwards, Sales and Marketing Director, left the Board on 13 September.

Dr Peter Rowley, non-executive Chairman said:

"I would like to thank Mike Bretherton for his contribution to OAS over the last 6 years. He has supported the business through its initial flotation until the present day. I wish him and his family success and happiness in their new life in Guernsey.

I would also like to thank Mike Edwards for his contribution to OAS and we are sorry to lose him from the Board. We wish him luck with future opportunities."
