Directorate change
The Board of Taihua announces that Mike Wyllie, non-executive director and Chief Scientific Officer, has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank Mike for his contribution to the Company since its admission to trading on AIM in December 2006. The Board intends to appoint another non-executive director at the earliest opportunity.
