Directorate change
The Board of ThinkSmart (AIM: TSL), a leading provider in the UK of retail point-of-sale lease finance for high-volume small-ticket electronic and commercial equipment, announces that Gerald Grimes has today informed the Board of his intention to step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer for personal reasons, with immediate effect. ThinkSmart will continue to be led by its founder and Executive Chairman, Ned Montarello.
The Company will commence a process for the identification and appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer and will provide updates in due course.
The Board wishes to extend its thanks to Gerald for the valuable contribution he has made to the Group.
