Directorship Changes

The Directors of Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc ("Europa" or the "Company") wish to announce the resignation of Dr. Erika Syba, Operations Director, with effect from 31 August 2010.

Managing Director, Paul Barrett, said, "As co-founder of the Company with 15 years of service Erika has contributed greatly to the development of Europa. As the joint second largest shareholder, she wishes to see the Company achieve a market value that fully recognises its substantial assets."
