He will vacate the post of Deputy Managing Director, which he has heldfor nearly two years, on 30th April 2005. The company express it's thanks to MrWilkinson for his contribution during that period. The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Elliott as anexecutive director with immediate effect. This appointment was sanctioned duringthe Board Meeting held on 14th April 2005.
