Directorate Change

The Company announces that Nicholas Bridgen has resigned as a director of the Company, effective 21 December 2012.

Nick founded Hambledon in 2004 and was the guiding force in commissioning and operating the mine, the plant and other ancillary parts of the project up until he passed on the reins in November 2010. His enthusiasm has been constant and he has made a substantial contribution to the development of Hambledon Mining.
