Appointment of Non-Executive Director
The Company announces that Lesley Knox has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 March.
Lesley brings with her a wealth of international and strategic experience. She currently holds positions on the Boards of Centrica plc and SAB Miller plc, where she serves as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee for both companies. She previously served on the board of Alliance Trust PLC as Chairman and Hays plc as Senior Independent Director.
Frank Meysman, the Company's Chairman said: As we continue on our transformation journey, we are extremely pleased that as high-calibre a Non-Executive Director as Lesley is joining our Board. She will add to our existing strength and diversity and brings with her a breadth and depth of experience, which will bolster our capabilities and effectiveness.
