APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx"), announces the appointment of Jamie Brooke as a non-executive director to the Board with effect from 5 September 2013.

Jamie Brooke is currently a fund manager at Henderson, in the Henderson Volantis Team, where he has responsibility for active engagements on portfolio investments.

He is currently a non-executive director on the board of two other quoted companies. Renovo Plc, Chapel Down Group Plc and two unquoted companies. He was previously at Gartmore, 3i Plc and Quester. He received a Masters Degree in Mathematics from Oxford University and a Masters Degree in Internet and Networking from University College London. Jamie is a member of the Institution of Chartered Accountants, having trained whilst employed at Deloitte. 

There is no other information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
