Change of Director

Cluff Gold plc announces that Ms Eileen Carr, who has been a director of the Group for more than 6 years, will step down from the Board of the Company with effect from the 31 January 2010 to pursue other interests. The Company would like to thank Ms Carr for her significant contribution to the development of the Group and for her help with the recruitment of the current management team. Ms Carr has agreed to continue to provide consultancy services to the Group.
