Directorate Change

The Board of Brammer and Ian Fraser, the Chief Executive Officer for 18 years, announce today their mutual agreement that Ian will retire from the Board on a date to be finalised.

A formal search process is underway to secure his replacement as soon as possible, and Ian has agreed to stay in place until such time as that appointment is confirmed.

We will provide a further update and make disclosures under s.430(2B) Companies Act 2006 at the appropriate time
