Directorate Change

The Company announces that Graca Machel, one of its non-executive directors, has advised the Company of her resignation with immediate effect.

Going forward, Mrs Machel has agreed to become a senior advisor to the Company providing strategic advice to its Board.

Mrs. Machel has been a director of the Company since its admission to AIM in 2007. The Company would like to thank her for her contribution as a director during that time and looks forward to its continued relationship with Mrs Machel in her proposed new capacity as a senior advisor to PME.
