Directorate change

Pennant International Group plc ("Pennant" or "the Group"), the AIM quoted supplier of integrated logistic support solutions, products and services, principally to the defence, rail, aerospace and naval sectors and to Government Departments, announces that Christopher Powell has stepped down as Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. He will continue to serve as a non-executive director. Simon Moore, currently an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed independent non-executive Chairman.
